1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Service Provision

AI Rank Vision provides AI-generated rankings and insights for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the data is based on AI model outputs and interpretations, and should not be considered as definitive financial, legal, investment, or business advice. You acknowledge that reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

Access to certain features, data, or content areas of the Service may require a valid subscription or other form of "unlocked" status (e.g., via a redeemed code). We reserve the right to define which content is considered premium or requires such status, and to modify access conditions at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

6. Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. FURTHER, AIRANKVISION DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON ITS SERVICE OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.
